Best Way to End a Trip to New York City:
Singing and dancing in the rain with your friend in Times Square.
I’m not kidding. We decided to get ice cream in Times Square and when we emerged from the subway, it was absolutely down pouring. Rather than complaining about it, we danced in the rain on our way to the ice cream place and after we ate it, we left and continued to enjoy the rain. It was spontaneous and a lot of fun. We didn’t have an umbrella or rain jacket; I was even in a tank top but it didn’t matter to us. We got pretty wet but it was fun and certainly one of the best ways to end a great week here (which didn’t involve any rain until this evening).
I can’t believe I’m leaving tomorrow :’( But I will back - that’s for sure!
